Job description

Are you looking for an independently ran hospital that has a very loyal clientele, has a great presence in their community, and has a good working relationship with other hospitals in the area? Look no further! This hospital is for you! The hospital has been in the community for over 40 years, so they have a great loyal clientele. They are based in the middle of a handful of universities, so they often have students in the hospital. If you like mentoring, this would be a great fit for you.

The hospital mainly sees cats and dogs but is not opposed to seeing the odd pocket pets. The hospital moved location only 15 months ago, and the building was built from the ground up especially for the hospital, so they have a lot of room for sick patients that need hospitalization. The hospital is equipped with 6 exam rooms, mobile ultrasound, both surgical and cold laser, digital and dental X-rays, in-house labs, and in-house pharmacy, to name just a few. The hospital is extremely well equipped with everything you need to practice gold standard care. They also have separate cat and dog waiting areas. The hospital is looking at getting certified in Fear Free but for now practices as much as they can following Fear Free guidance. The hospital is working towards being AHAA accredited. They are very accommodating with scheduling and are willing to work with the candidate to get the best schedule to fit both you and the hospital.
