How do you feel about working for the ONLY Fear Free Accredited hospital in the area? Where are patients instantly put at ease with a home from home feel? This hospital offers gold standard of care like no other. The hospital is looking for a DVM to join their team due to an ever growing client base. The hospital exam rooms are set out like living rooms to make both patient and client feel at ease. You will not find any metal exam tables in the exam rooms with clients often mistaking them as waiting areas. (There is a treatment room with a metal table if needed) All appointments are 30 minutes to enable you to build a client/doctor relationship which the clients at this hospital love. You are NEVER rushed to see as many patients as you can, you oversee how your schedule looks. If you are needing a lighter week, you can have or if you do want to see lots of appointments, again you can. The hospital is extremely big on mental health and believe that their doctors deserve breaks and take their PTO without it effecting your pay which is why they do no negative accrual. They are also very big on being flexible with scheduling and are happy to work with you to determine what schedule best suits you. The whole team at this hospital are close knit and everyone works together. The techs are used to their full potential meaning you will get full support and will be able to work up cases.
