Job description

This hospital predominantly sees cats and dogs, but will occasionally see pocket pets and small mammals (although it is not a requirement to see them). The hospital is open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, and Saturdays 8am-3pm. They can be extremely flexible with scheduling, including full- and part-time opportunities, as well as the opportunity to work longer, or shorter days! They are closed on all major holidays, Sundays, and have no after-hours, or on-call responsibilities – a true work/life balance! The hospital currently employs 1 doctor, 5 techs, 2 assistants and a number of other support staff. Appointments are typically blocked out in 30 minute slots. The hospital is very well-equipped with a full surgical suite, full dental room, digital x-ray, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house labs, tonopen, and a fully-stocked dispensary.
