Job Description

This privately owned, small animal hospital treats cat and dog patients only. The hospital is currently staffed by the owner DVM and a team of tenured support staff. Appointment lengths are 30 minutes as standard, allowing for plenty of time for client education. Hospital equipment/facilities include IDEXX in-house labs, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, a surgery suite, dental suite, cat ward, small dog ward, 4 exam rooms and much more! The hospital is in a very up-and-coming area meaning there is a high demand for veterinary services, particularly those who allow thorough work ups for their pets. The hospital can be flexible with scheduling, with full- and part-time options available. The owner currently sees some at-home euthanasia cases on an as and when basis, which the successful candidate could also do if desired. Candidates with varying interests are welcome to apply, as the hospital would be open to expanding their service offerings.
