In this role, you’ll lead end-of-life and quality-of-life assessment appointments with warmth and understanding, guide families through aftercare options, provide grief support with empathy, and manage the transport of deceased pets with the utmost dignity and care. Your ability to navigate diverse family dynamics with compassion will be key to helping families feel heard and supported during these difficult times.
