This “GP-lite” role is ideal for a veterinarian with at least two years of clinical experience who enjoys providing high-quality medical care without surgical responsibilities. The practice offers a supportive, team-based environment with a 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing doctors to focus on patient care with the backing of a reliable and skilled team. With no surgical duties, no on-call requirements, and no holiday shifts, this position is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. Sundays are always closed, and a daily lunch break is protected to ensure meaningful downtime during the workday.
