Education, Licensure & Certification

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-approved residency in Pediatrics or equivalent.
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Florida.
• Current Florida DEA license.
• Board Certified or eligible, with certification within five years.
• Meets all requirements for medical staff privileges.
• BLS certification required; PALS as needed for hospital appointment.
