About the Role:

We are seeking a Medical Director or General Pediatrician to lead the clinical operations at KTMG in Northridge, CA. As the Medical Director, you will have a significant role in overseeing the quality of patient care, setting clinical standards, and leading the healthcare team. This role requires relocation to Northridge, CA, and will involve direct oversight of both in-person and remote medical services. Downey is closest to Seal Beach and Long Beach coastal region of beautiful sunny California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the clinical operations of the Pediatrics in Northridge, CA.
• Supervise 2-3 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Set and maintain clinical protocols and standards for patient care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to medical staff to ensure excellence in care delivery.
• Collaborate with the medical team to implement and improve clinical workflows.
• Manage and review patient outcomes to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and healthcare policies.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient access to both in-person and remote services.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in clinical practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active California Medical License (Required, and will help with application)
• Board-certified/ Eligible in Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of experience in pediatrics with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in telemedicine or virtual healthcare delivery is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong background in clinical operations and medical staff management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Must be willing to relocate to Northridge, CA for this position.
