The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, 5+ years of clinical experience, an active Washington license, and excellent communication skills to work with patients, parents, and a skilled team of hygienists and assistants.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active Washington dental license required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience as General Dentist and/or Pediatric Dentist.
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general and pediatric dentistry procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and pediatric dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures for patients of all ages, including children.
• Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients and parents.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
