Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a BE/BC, General Otolaryngologist to join our Otolaryngology program in Brenham, TX. This employed position includes a comprehensive benefits package, work-life balance, competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.

The Opportunity

The Brenham Otolaryngology Department consists of one ENT surgeon and one audiologist, providing outpatient, surgical, and inpatient ENT services. Additional details include:

• General ENT practice with diverse service settings
• Minimal, negotiable call requirements
• Support from a robust local network of family, internal medicine, and pediatric providers
• Work within a fully integrated health system with like-minded professionals
• Brenham Hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center; sister hospital in College Station is Level III, with an ambulatory surgery center opening in 2025
• Epic EHR system
