Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC's integrated health system, seeks a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our established group providing high-quality general orthopaedic care in Western New York, with a preference for adult reconstruction. Join two experienced surgeons, supported by seven APPs, with Epic EMR, and a plan for robotic assistance and ongoing OR modernization.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency.
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is a plus, though not a requirement.
• Ability to obtain unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general orthopaedic care.
• Collaborate with APPs and fellow surgeons within GLPP/UPMC.
• Participate in an evolving program with robotic assistance and ongoing OR modernization.

Education

MD/DO from an accredited medical school

Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program completion

American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery

Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is a plus

Ability to obtain unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials
