Tasks and Responsibilities

• Read Blueprints and measuring equipment such as scales, micrometers, optical comparators, and veniers.
• Be able to set up, operate and maintain all 2nd Operation and Molding equipment.
• The Cell Operator must work as a team member to insure the success of the team and to assist the team in meeting customer demands.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment utilizing 5S procedures.
• Provide assistance to other cells as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School or GED Equivalent
• Must be able and willing to work as a team member.
• Have ability to learn quickly and retain various forms of information.
• Reading, writing and math skills are essential.
• Ability to read and use work instructions, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills.
