Compensation features a base salary of $300,000 plus $30,000 SOB, $30,000 productivity bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus after one year, with total potential compensation up to $400,000 per year. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with OB/GYN residency required.
• Maryland medical licensure required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split among physicians).
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and deliver patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice

• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
