Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland.

This full-time, in-person role combines clinic, call, and administrative duties to provide comprehensive women’s health care in a collaborative environment. The compensation package is highly competitive, starting at $300,000 per year plus $30,000 SOB, $30,000 yearly productivity bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus after one year, with total potential up to $400,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure required/able to obtain licensure.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
