Tufts Medical Center, the principal teaching hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General OB/GYN to join our growing Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Boston, Massachusetts.
Join a collaborative team of seven General OB/GYN physicians dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population throughout Greater Boston. This position offers an outstanding balance of clinical practice and academic engagement, with a schedule consisting of four clinical days and one dedicated administrative day per week to support teaching, scholarly activity, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.
As a member of our academic faculty, you will work alongside nationally recognized specialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Family Planning, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology while contributing to the education of medical students and OB/GYN residents at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Through innovative programs such as our Asian Access OB/GYN Clinic, we continue to expand access to culturally sensitive and equitable care for all patients.
Faculty and trainees within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology are actively engaged in clinical, translational, and laboratory research focused on improving reproductive healthcare outcomes. Areas of investigation include maternal health, diabetes in pregnancy, cervical cancer prevention, health equity, access to care, and women's health across the lifespan.
The department is home to the Mother Infant Research Institute (MIRI), a multidisciplinary research program focused on improving the lifelong health of women, mothers, and babies through innovative research and personalized approaches to care.
As the principal teaching affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine, the department supports an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program with 24 residents as well as fellowship programs in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology.
The salary range for this position is $297,130.00 to $328,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
