Qualifications

• Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant services.
• DEA license with Illinois prescribing authority.
• Prescribing and coordinating neurologic care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and office visits.
• Order, interpret, and coordinate diagnostic studies with neurologists.
• Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions of care within neuroscience services.
