Responsibilities

  • Focus on reading EEG studies and performing EMGs.
  • Provide Stroke and general neurology care.
  • Support 18-20 patients daily in a clinical setting.

Job description

GERIATRIC MULTISPECIALTY ASSOCIATES in Waldorf, Maryland, is seeking a General Neurologist to join our existing practice.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will help grow programs fouusing on outpatient services.

Focus on reading EEG studies, performing EMGs, Stroke and general neurology care.

Job Details:

  • Clinic Hours:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 8hr/days
  • Average patient volumes:18-20 per day in clinic - adult/geriatric
  • New Consults:average 5-6 patients per day
  • 1:1 CMA support in clinic
  • EMR: eCW – In-person and Televisit as needed
  • Eligible candidates must have completed a U.S. based Residency and by BE/Board Certified by ABMS
  • Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.
  • Have current and unrestricted Maryland license, or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
