Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks an outpatient neurologist to join a team with one other neurologist and two APPs in Galesburg, Illinois. All subspecialties are welcome, with support for Epilepsy, Sleep, and Neurophysiology (EEG/EMG). Access to Neurosurgery, Interventional Neurology for stroke care, and a strong referral network are provided.

Full-time, with a base pay range of $314,137 to $450,000. The position offers comprehensive benefits including relocation services, CME, signing bonus, and physician

JOB SPECIFICS

• The Illinois Neurological Institute is looking for an outpatient neurologist to join a team that currently includes one other outpatient neurologist and two advanced practice providers (APPs).
• All subspecialties are encouraged to apply, with support available for Epilepsy, Sleep, and Neurophysiology (EEG/EMG).
• Access to an expanding Neurosurgery practice and an Interventional Neurology program that supports stroke care.
• Benefit from a robust referral network with OSF Medical Group and local primary care physicians.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

  • Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $314,137-$450,000. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
