Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistency across the team.
• Train and coach team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and sales goals.
• Lead hourly team members and manage onboarding and development.
• Maintain in‑stock, accurately priced merchandise and signage.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive safety and operational standards.
