Walmart is seeking General Merchandise Associates for Walmart Supercenter #390 in Waverly, TN. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs, while ensuring displays for Hobbies & Home Improvement are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

This part-time role may require paint mixing and fabric cutting, and involves adapting to a busy retail environment.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview
