Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a General Merchandise Associate position at Walmart Supercenter #710 in Hermitage, TN. You will greet customers, offer help, and recommend merchandise based on what they want and need.

The role includes maintaining Hobby & Home Improvement displays and may involve paint mixing and fabric cutting as part of daily duties. This full-time role offers varied shifts (Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing) and a pay range that reflects local minimum wage plus eligible incentives

Salary and Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
