Job summary

Walmart in Waco, TX is hiring for a part-time General Merchandise Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with questions, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You may also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, and perform light paint mixing or fabric cutting as needed.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. This role offers hourly pay with additional premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed, and benefits typical of Walmart part-time

Job description

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
