Job summary

Walmart is seeking General Merchandise Associates at the Walmart Supercenter in South Bend to greet customers, assist on the salesfloor and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are neat and well-stocked.

Available Shifts: Mid-Shift and Closing. The role may involve paint mixing, fabric cutting, and other tasks to support store operations while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Hourly Rate

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
