Job summary

Walmart in Fairfield, IA is seeking General Merchandise Associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with selections and recommend products based on each customer’s wants and needs. You will help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as part of daily tasks.

The position is full-time with available mid-shift and closing shifts at Walmart Supercenter #985, located at 2701 W Burlington Ave, Fairfield, IA 52556.

• Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
• Displays for Hobbies & Home Improvement must be kept in proper order throughout the day.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
