Walmart in Monument, Colorado is hiring for a General Merchandise Associate on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, help them find items, and keep Hobby & Home Improvement displays orderly throughout the day.

Shifts include Opening and Morning. Earn $17 to $30 per hour with additional incentives; benefits include health, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase plans, paid time off, and other programs for education and development.

• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure ordering is correct throughout the day.
• Assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
