Job summary

Walmart is seeking a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2782 in Mountain Home, ID. You will greet customers, help them find products, and suggest items based on their preferences while keeping displays neat and well-stocked throughout your shift.

The role includes responsibilities such as assisting with paint mixing and fabric cutting when required, and working in a fast-paced retail environment with diverse duties across departments.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
