Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview
