Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Fairbury, NE is seeking a General Merchandise Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in finding products, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays to keep them neat and well-stocked throughout the day.

Additional duties may include paint mixing and fabric cutting. The position is full-time with mid-shift and closing shifts, and benefits are available as described by Walmart.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
