Job summary

Walmart is seeking General Merchandise Associates in Island City, OR for a part-time role. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and recommend items based on customer needs.

You may help with paint mixing and fabric cutting while ensuring displays stay neat and well stocked. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with additional compensation via potential performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
