Job summary

Walmart in Espanola, NM is looking for a General Merchandise Associate to join our Walmart Supercenter #2656. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with their needs, and recommend merchandise based on what they want and need.

Responsibilities include keeping Hobbies & Home Improvement displays tidy and up-to-date; paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. This part-time position offers an hourly wage with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
