Walmart Cameron is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, assist shoppers and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You’ll help keep Hobbies & Home Improvement displays tidy and may perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.

This full-time role offers Opening and Morning shifts, competitive hourly pay with benefits including medical, vision and dental, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and access to Live Better U education programs.

Hourly Rate Disclosure

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
