Job summary

Walmart is seeking General Merchandise Associates to greet customers, assist them on the sales floor, and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs. You will ensure Hobby & Home Improvement displays are well maintained throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

This role is based at Walmart Supercenter #2872 in Belleville, MI, with full-time hours and shifts including mid-shift and closing. Benefits and a supportive team environment are provided.

Job description

Compensation

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
