Job summary

Walmart in Bartow, Florida is hiring for a part-time General Merchandise Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend products based on customer needs. Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
