Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #233 in Anna, IL is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to greet customers, assist with selections, and maintain displays on the sales floor. This part-time role offers flexibility with available shifts including mid-shift and closing, and opportunities to learn product placement and customer service skills.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
