Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking team members to stock shelves, move products from pallets to shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will interact with customers respectfully and work overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic technology, work well in a fast-paced team, and can lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Team player with a calm, productive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
