Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations and elevate the customer shopping experience in Springfield, IL. You’ll engage customers, guide daily tasks, and help maintain Meijer standards across the department.

You’ll mentor peers, assist with scheduling, ensure product freshness, and uphold food safety and safety standards while contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture and ongoing training opportunities.
