• Create welcoming, memorable checkout experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Use Meijer systems to complete transactions efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash and payments responsibly, with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and confidently, using friendly eye contact and positive body language
• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
• Build trust and connection that encourages customers to return
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

• This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
