• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet customers at 10ft and 4ft, initiating a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Learn and execute operational procedures for stock, pricing, and merchandising.
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment.
