Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.

• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, and set up merchandise.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Change prices, maintain merchandise, and manage inventory as directed.
• Learn how procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources to resolve guest issues.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; follow safety policies.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and digital fulfillment.
• All other duties as needed.
