Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and perform price changes as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and learn store procedures and safety policies.
• Assist with guest services like back-up cashier and digital fulfillment while adhering to safety rules.
