Qualifications

Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas as needed.
Receive products, restock shelves, merchandise set up and maintain backroom organization.
Follow safety procedures and operate store equipment as certified.
