Job summary

Target in Knoxville, TN is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help guests enjoy a smooth, friendly shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with locating items, and support stock and signage tasks while maintaining store standards.

In this role you’ll work with the team to restock shelves, manage product availability, and assist with checkout and digital fulfillment as needed, including nights, weekends, and peak shopping times.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
