Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert in Myrtle Beach to deliver a guest-focused shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with locating products, and ensure shelves are stocked and correctly priced.

The role requires teamwork, flexible hours, and the ability to handle fast-paced tasks. Training is provided to build skills in guest service, merchandising, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout their visit.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, and maintaining pricing and signage for GM areas.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with digital fulfillment processes when needed.
