Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to support guest experiences in our Fairfax-area store. You will greet guests, restock shelves, manage signage, and assist teammates to keep the sales floor inviting and well-organized.

Expect a fast-paced, physically active environment with flexible hours, a focus on customer service, teamwork and safety. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour in the United States.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes.
