Responsibilities

• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with their needs in a friendly manner.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Perform daily tasks to receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, and set up displays.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures.
• Change prices, set up merchandise, and maintain inventory as directed.
• Learn procedures that affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources and services to resolve guest issues.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier and digital fulfillment while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.
