Target is hiring a General Merchandise Expert to support guest service, pricing, stocking and backroom organization in our Beaverton store. You will help guests find products, assist with questions, and keep shelves stocked and correctly signed.

The role requires a fast-paced, safety-conscious team player who can work varied hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge, operational efficiency, and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Wamiliarity with store operations and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve their needs on the floor.
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, and set up merchandise and signs.
• Execute price changes and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Operate power equipment when certified and support digital fulfillment tasks.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a compliant work environment.
