Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:
• Greet:
• 10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave
• 4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
• Learn and execute operational procedures, such as setting and organizing merchandise, managing product accuracy and stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas
• Follow all Target policies and safety procedures, adhere to role-specific guidelines, and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace by reporting hazards
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties
• All other duties based on business needs.
