Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, assist, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support team efforts as needed.
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, and maintain merchandise presentation to meet store standards.
