Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience maintaining electrical, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and select proper parts for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on base building systems and lab support systems.
• Test generators, fire alarm, security systems, switchgear, and other systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC and BAS components for safe operation.
• Mentor other mechanics and participate in overtime rotation.
