This position offers a pay range of $50,425.00 per year, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. The role involves performing journey-level work in trades related to repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment, often supervising others. Candidates should have knowledge in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, roofing, locksmith, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration trades.
